Senior Product Manager – CR Essentials

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Product Leadership to shape and enhance the CR Essentials product strategy, with a particular emphasis on RCM and practice management.

• Manage the implementation of critical components of the CR Essentials roadmap, overseeing the process from initial discovery to final delivery.

• Address the intricate requirements of care practices while ensuring a streamlined, user-friendly experience.

• Convert complex clinical, operational, and billing workflows into straightforward, scalable product solutions.

• Work in conjunction with Engineering, Design, Clinical, Billing, Customer Success, and Support teams.

• Establish and monitor success metrics aimed at operational efficiency, accuracy, and customer impact.

• Utilize AI tools and collaborate with internal AI specialists to enhance AI-driven product capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• 5-8+ years of experience in product management, ideally within claims management, healthcare, or workflow-intensive B2B software.

• Strong comprehension of practice management and claims or payer workflows, encompassing scheduling, authorizations, billing, and reporting.

• Experience supporting or designing solutions for healthcare and billing professionals.

• Experience in utilizing AI tools within product management and developing AI-based product features.

• Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguous problem areas and influence outcomes through sound product judgment and effective execution.

• Direct experience in the RCM / Claims Management sector is preferred.
