📋 Description

• Develop and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Connections Platform.

• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from discovery and requirements gathering to launch, iteration, and optimization.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, business, and Zillow teams to convert needs into product requirements and assess technical trade-offs.

• Create prototypes, auditing and configuration portals, and other tools utilizing Replit, Cursor, and Claude Code.

• Examine lead data and leverage AI tools to uncover opportunities for platform enhancements.

• Develop services that facilitate lead nurturing, classification, and customer engagement.

• Guide less experienced product managers or peers in product discovery, prioritization, and execution best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

• More than 8 years of product management experience, particularly in a platform-centric role.

• Proven experience in defining product vision and strategy, managing roadmaps, and steering features from discovery to launch within cross-functional teams.

• Capability to comprehend and define API contracts, database schemas, and optimal pipeline architectures.

• Proficiency in utilizing data, AI tools, and experimentation to guide product decisions and achieve measurable outcomes.

• Experience in creating scalable products that cater to a variety of internal clients and use cases.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.

• Preferred: experience with agentic platforms, data modeling, or lead management systems.
