Founding Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +2 more locations.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap and oversee each feature from inception to completion.

• Determine the development priorities by utilizing customer insights and product analytics.

• Conduct weekly customer discovery sessions with therapists.

• Manage customer support and address the underlying issues.

• Promote the use of underutilized Klarify features, starting with Klara.

• Collaborate with the CTO to integrate privacy considerations into product designs.

• Create prototypes, internal tools, and production features using Claude Code or similar AI technologies.

• Employ AI tools along with the company's design system in the design process.

• Establish success metrics, conduct experiments, and assess the outcomes of product launches.

• Assist with broader startup responsibilities, including vendor agreements and conference arrangements.

• Initially collaborate with the CEO on product decisions, gradually assuming greater responsibility over time.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of product management experience in modern early-stage startups, or experience as part of a founding team.

• Regular use of AI tools and a track record of creating tangible projects with them.

• Excellent UX judgment and the capability to streamline complex user experiences.

• Proven experience in coding; submitted pull requests that were successfully deployed using Claude Code or a similar platform (essential).

• History of adapting a product roadmap based on customer feedback.

• Must be authorized to work in the United States or Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Strong preference for candidates based in San Francisco and willing to work in a hybrid environment.

• Preferred: background in healthcare, mental health, or another regulated sector.
