Senior Product Manager – Chronosphere

📋 Description

• Conduct primary research through interviews with end-users and buyers.

• Present strategies to senior leadership and provide guidance in complex and ambiguous situations.

• Develop well-researched insights regarding the needs of current and prospective customers.

• Analyze the competitive landscape.

• Determine priorities and influence the product roadmap.

• Define key performance metrics across functions and oversee their implementation.

• Communicate priorities and the roadmap to align the team effectively.

• Transform concepts into actionable projects.

• Serve as the product owner for a Scrum team focused on observability features.

• Manage the backlog, refine stories, and decompose tasks.

• Collaborate with go-to-market teams on positioning and messaging strategies.

• Familiarize yourself with the current roadmap and product during the onboarding phase.

• Form an independent viewpoint on market requirements through customer interactions, research, and collaboration with internal teams.

• Take charge of the product area by defining problem statements and creating PRDs.

• Facilitate Scrum meetings and sprint planning sessions.

• Own success metrics, adjust pricing when necessary, oversee SLOs, and manage the COGS profile.

• Work alongside Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and other teams to enhance go-to-market strategies and sales efforts.

• Maintain close relationships with customers and prospects to enhance product capabilities and deliver value.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a product manager for a B2B cloud-native product.

• Proven experience in building and managing SaaS products.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms.

• A history of delivering software through agile processes and maintaining tight feedback loops.

• Experience utilizing GenAI to enhance customer outcomes and boost Product Management efficiency.

• Background in engaging with customers and prospects.

• Capability to convert customer research into a cohesive strategy.

• Strong emphasis on product usability and meticulous attention to detail.

• Experience collaborating with UX teams to develop features.

• Background in working with or developing data storage tiers.

• Willingness to delve deeply into cloud-native monitoring and troubleshooting.

• Technical product management experience catering to technical audiences.

• Experience with observability products or cloud-native technologies.
