This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Direct the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for GHX’s key clinical solutions.
• Act as a technical and clinical subject matter expert for the clinical suite offerings.
• Facilitate deal closure and enhance customer satisfaction through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Deconstruct intricate clinical analytics and physician preference item challenges into actionable milestones and initiatives.
• Establish implementation standards with internal operations to expedite customer value realization.
• Guide sales, product owners, and engineering teams in creating high-caliber products.
• Investigate customer requirements and market deficiencies in collaboration with clinicians, value analysis committees, and supply chain leaders.
• Evaluate the competitive landscape and trends related to healthcare clinical analytics and procurement optimization.
• Formulate and execute strategies for market leadership.
• Propel and articulate product roadmaps that align with corporate strategy and product pod delivery.
• Prioritize tasks with Product Pods and engineering teams based on market needs and business advantages.
• Create value propositions and sales resources.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams on product messaging and naming.
• Oversee cross-functional product and feature launches as well as go-to-market efforts.
• Educate customer-facing personnel on product specifics, clinical value propositions, and sales strategies.
• Construct business cases alongside sales and finance; forecast and track product performance.
• Establish and assess product pricing.
• Negotiate product priorities through internal prioritization frameworks.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
• Report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate with engineering, clinical strategy, sales, and customer success teams.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 4 years in product management.
• Over 3 years of experience in healthcare, clinical analytics, or hospital/health system procurement and supply chain is mandatory.
• Proven track record in developing data or analytics products that address complex and ambiguous challenges.
• Demonstrated proficiency in healthcare, clinical analytics, and procedural/surgical supply chain data.
• In-depth understanding of physician preference items, value analysis, and provider procurement procedures.
• Capability to dissect complex, ambiguous issues into milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder communication abilities.
• Strong judgment in decision-making.
• High technical fluency, including knowledge of system and data model architecture.
• Established ownership of roadmaps utilizing data to inform prioritization and planning.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with customers, sales, marketing, operations, development, and suppliers.
• Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Competence in mentoring and supporting junior product managers.
