This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the product vision and strategy for Carrier Capabilities.
• Convert business objectives into a prioritized roadmap for carrier capabilities.
• Establish standardized carrier capabilities and internal representations.
• Manage product decisions regarding carrier API abstractions, configuration models, error standards, and quality requirements.
• Evaluate and prioritize new carrier features and API modifications.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivering new carrier integrations, significant upgrades, and deprecations.
• Assist in incident response and conduct post-mortems.
• Assess carrier integration quality, reliability, upgrade frequency, and operational costs.
• Enhance visibility into carrier health, coverage deficiencies, and capability maturity.
• Utilize data, customer feedback, and operational insights to adjust priorities.
• Collaborate with Carrier Partnerships, Carrier Operations, Solutions Architecture, and GTM teams.
• Act as the primary product liaison for senior stakeholders on initiatives related to carriers.
• Influence various product and engineering teams to ensure alignment.
• Over 4 years of experience in Product Management.
• Extensive experience managing technical platforms or APIs.
• Strong grasp of distributed systems, APIs, and integration patterns.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-team projects with significant ambiguity and impact.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to influence senior technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with parcel carrier integrations or logistics platforms is a plus.
• A background in software engineering or other deeply technical roles is advantageous.
• Experience in scaling internal platforms utilized by multiple product teams is a bonus.
