📋 Description

• Take ownership of and clearly communicate a long-term product vision and strategy for Delinea's browser and mobile access solutions.

• Convert the strategy into a prioritized roadmap and backlog that encompasses the browser extension, browser-based application access, and mobile applications.

• Lead the development of the browser extension roadmap, which includes ensuring cross-browser compatibility, handling extension store submissions, managing permission and manifest modifications, devising update and rollback strategies, and facilitating credential capture and autofill.

• Establish the mobile product strategy for iOS and Android, focusing on authenticator workflows, biometric and secure-element integration, push notifications, offline functionality, and app store release management.

• Guarantee a seamless access experience across browser, extension, and mobile platforms with uniform policy enforcement, credential injection, session management, and audit procedures.

• Collaborate with customers, partners, analysts, and internal stakeholders to confirm product direction and requirements.

• Work closely with Engineering, UX, QA, and Support teams to deliver high-quality experiences across the supported browsers and mobile operating systems.

• Balance ongoing investment, platform migration efforts, and new initiatives; develop business cases for investments.

• Anticipate changing access trends and enforcement needs, sequencing roadmap investments accordingly.

• Establish metrics for adoption, engagement, and success, utilizing them for prioritization and demonstrating business value.

• Develop go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, packaging, and pricing.

• Support Sales, Support, and Customer Success teams with launch context, collateral, and training materials.

• Keep abreast of trends in browser security, credential and secrets management, application access, passwordless authentication, and FIDO2 standards.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred; a Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

• Over 6 years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum setting, with complete ownership of an enterprise product line.

• More than 5 years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security, with direct experience in password management, authentication, privileged access management, or client-side access technologies.

• Proven experience in shipping and managing browser extensions, mobile applications, or both at an enterprise scale.

• Familiarity with the constraints involved in releasing, reviewing, distributing, and versioning extensions and applications in app stores.

• Working knowledge of core browser security principles, including content scripts, page-context isolation, extension permission models, manifest versioning, same-origin policies, and secure credential management.

• Understanding of mobile identity features, such as biometric authentication, secure enclave and keystore functionality, push notification services, mobile device and application management, and platform privacy requirements.

• Familiarity with protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, FIDO2/WebAuthn, TOTP, and mTLS.

• Grasp of both federated and non-federated login processes, credential injection techniques, and application session monitoring and auditing practices.

• Familiarity with secrets management, service accounts, workload identity, and short-lived credentials is advantageous.

• Deep understanding of operating systems including Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, along with Active Directory, Entra ID, and endpoint/mobile management tools.

• Working knowledge of cloud services such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and cloud-native microservices architectures.

• A successful track record of taking enterprise products from concept to general availability and achieving significant revenue growth.

• Strong instinct for user experience and an analytical approach.

• Certifications in Pragmatic Marketing or as a Scrum Product Owner are beneficial.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

• Experience presenting to executive leadership, analysts, and enterprise clients.

• Proficiency in English.
