Senior Product Manager – Bot Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish the roadmap and oversee the implementation of Bot Management solutions.

• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to launch cybersecurity solutions.

• Interact with global clients to collect feedback, pinpoint market opportunities, analyze competitors, and foresee emerging trends.

• Create user-friendly reporting and configuration experiences that provide actionable, data-driven insights.

• Convert customer needs into product architecture modifications in partnership with engineering teams.

• Lead architectural decisions balancing detection precision, performance, scalability, and user experience.

• Manage and implement the long-term platform strategy for bot management capabilities across various products and customer environments.

• Synchronize priorities and dependencies among platform, detection, and infrastructure teams.

• Keep track of the competitive landscape and advancements in industry technology and trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Over 7 years of product management experience with extensive knowledge in cybersecurity.

• Strong understanding of application security (AppSec) principles.

• Proven ability to build effective cross-functional relationships, particularly with engineering teams.

• Experience collaborating directly with customers on security feature requirements and feedback.

• Demonstrated success in managing multiple significant projects simultaneously.

• Established history of taking a product from concept through launch and scaling it to a large user base.

• Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies.

• Comfortable working remotely across international time zones, predominantly with Europe and the Western Hemisphere.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hiring.
