Senior Product Manager – Bot Management

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Establish the roadmap and lead the implementation of Bot Management solutions tailored to customer requirements and the changing market dynamics.

• Facilitate collaboration across engineering, sales, and marketing teams to innovate and introduce cybersecurity solutions to the market.

• Interact with global clients to collect feedback, pinpoint market opportunities, assess competition, and foresee emerging trends.

• Create reporting and configuration experiences that streamline complex security operations, providing actionable, data-driven insights.

• Convert customer needs into changes in product architecture alongside engineering teams.

• Influence architectural choices while balancing detection accuracy, performance, scalability, and customer usability.

• Oversee and implement the long-term platform strategy for bot management functionalities across various products and customer environments.

• Align priorities and dependencies among platform, detection, and infrastructure teams.

• Keep abreast of the competitive landscape and advancements in industry technology trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

• Over 7 years of product management experience with a strong focus on cybersecurity.

• Comprehensive understanding of application security (AppSec) principles.

• Proven ability to cultivate effective cross-functional relationships, particularly with engineering teams.

• Hands-on experience working with clients regarding security feature requirements and feedback.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple significant and concurrent projects successfully.

• Established record of guiding a product from conception to launch and subsequently scaling it to a substantial user base.

• Quick to learn and master new technologies.

• Comfortable working remotely across international time zones, primarily with Europe and the Western Hemisphere.

• Legally permitted to work in the United States for any employer at the time of hire.

• Not eligible for visa sponsorship or willing to assume sponsorship of an employment visa now or in the future.

• Must successfully complete a post-offer background check.
