This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take ownership of the strategy, priorities, and outcomes for your designated product area.
• Oversee key metrics including usage, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
• Identify significant customer issues through consistent interaction, research, and analysis of usage data.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of real-world customer challenges and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Convert validated problems into effective solutions in collaboration with Design and Engineering teams.
• Prioritize tasks based on clear objectives and consistently assess the success of initiatives.
• Question or halt activities that fail to deliver value.
• Foster alignment across teams and communicate priorities and decisions in a clear and transparent manner.
• Assist in the rollout and successful adoption of new features.
• Independently manage end-to-end ownership of product features, from problem identification to market impact.
• Report directly to the CEO.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in B2B product management.
• At least 3 years of that experience in a SaaS or MarTech environment at a startup or scale-up.
• Demonstrated success in driving adoption, engagement, retention, or expansion of digital products.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience with product KPIs, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making.
• Deep commitment to customer focus and the ability to translate user needs into product strategies and priorities.
• High degree of ownership, decisiveness, and results orientation.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing stakeholders.
• Ability to unify diverse perspectives and drive change.
• Familiarity with AI tools, particularly for prototyping.
• Proficient in German (C2 level).
• English language skills at a minimum of B2 level.
• Experience in UX, Service Design, or User Research is a plus.
