Senior Product Manager, Atom Engine

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the vision and roadmap for Atom Engine content.

• Identify gaps in content, articulate requirements, and prioritize future development.

• Enhance the process for requesting, scoping, creating, validating, maintaining, and reusing content.

• Detect workflow bottlenecks and prioritize enhancements to supporting tools.

• Set clear expectations for the accuracy, consistency, usability, and suitability of scenarios, units, and entities.

• Address ambiguity and manage conflicting requests, enabling content specialists to concentrate on delivery.

• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and domain experts to synchronize content requirements with product capabilities and dependencies.

• Utilize exercise feedback, user research, and production data to evaluate content effectiveness and inform enhancements.

• Proven experience in managing strategy and execution for a complex product, content portfolio, or production workflow.

• Strong product judgment, capable of prioritizing competing needs and translating broad objectives into actionable requirements.

• Comprehensive understanding of simulation technologies and workflows.

• Systems-oriented mindset focused on improving processes while balancing quality, speed, maintainability, and scalability.

• Excellent, succinct communication skills with the ability to foster alignment among technical teams, domain experts, and senior leadership.

• A collaborative and pragmatic approach, respecting specialist expertise while confidently making decisions.

• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and take responsibility for outcomes.

• Familiarity with, or strong interest in, the military and defense technology sector.

• U.S. citizenship required.
