Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the product lifecycle, managing everything from customer discovery and strategic planning to execution, launch, and optimization.

• Create a product vision, strategy, priorities, and roadmaps that align with both customer and business goals.

• Perform customer research and discovery to gain insights into complex technical and enterprise challenges.

• Convert customer requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and measurable outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Architecture teams to outline technically viable and scalable solutions.

• Prioritize features, enhancements, technical investments, and product initiatives based on their value to customers and impact on the business.

• Lead cross-functional product development efforts from planning stages through to delivery and launch.

• Establish product success metrics and track adoption, engagement, retention, and overall business performance.

• Work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams to gather customer feedback and facilitate product adoption.

• Engage with technical stakeholders regarding APIs, integrations, data models, platform capabilities, and enterprise workflows.

• Assist in product launches, enablement activities, documentation, and go-to-market strategies.

• Identify potential for automation, AI-driven capabilities, and product innovation.

• Contribute to products involving GenAI, LLMs, security analytics, or intelligent automation as applicable.

• Analyze competitive products, market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies.

• Develop effective product processes that enhance execution speed, quality, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Clearly communicate product strategy, roadmap decisions, priorities, and progress to senior stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of product management experience, with at least 6 years in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology products.

• Demonstrated experience in managing complex technical products through all phases, including discovery, strategy, roadmap, development, launch, and product metrics.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate effectively with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and other technical teams.

• Experience in building or managing B2B SaaS, platform, enterprise infrastructure, or developer-centric products.

• A background in cybersecurity or related fields such as vulnerability management, exposure management, attack surface management, cloud security, or security analytics is highly advantageous.

• Deep understanding of APIs, integrations, data models, platform architecture, and the technical aspects of product development.

• Experience working with enterprise customers, translating intricate technical requirements into scalable product solutions.

• Proficient in customer discovery, product strategy formulation, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution skills.

• Experience in defining and analyzing product metrics, utilizing data to inform product decisions.

• Familiarity with GenAI, LLM-based products, AI platforms, or intelligent automation is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments characterized by ambiguity and shifting priorities.

• Capable of balancing customer needs, technical limitations, business objectives, and long-term product strategies.

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
