Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap and manage the daily execution for the product area from start to finish.

• Lead the roadmap for AI-enhanced functionalities, encompassing automated categorization, anomaly detection, and agentic workflows.

• Collaborate with engineering and AI teams to transform seller challenges into valuable, reliable AI features.

• Establish product quality standards and define measurement criteria.

• Conduct customer discovery with US-based small to medium-sized business (SMB) and mid-market ecommerce sellers through interviews, usage analysis, and feedback from support/customer service.

• Create clear specifications and work alongside engineering and design teams throughout the development and shipping phases.

• Define, monitor, and report on success metrics, including adoption rates, activation, and retention.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on go-to-market strategies, product launches, and rollouts.

• Manage incoming requests while keeping a strong focus on the roadmap.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of overall experience.

• Significant background in B2B SaaS product management.

• Experience in developing products for a US customer demographic.

• Proven track record of delivering AI-driven features in a B2B SaaS environment from problem identification to measurable user adoption.

• Comfortable conducting customer discovery independently, without a designated research team.

• Proficient in metrics literacy, including defining, tracking, and justifying prioritization metrics.

• Strong written communication skills for creating specifications and providing cross-functional updates.

• Utilizes AI tools for research, writing, analysis, and prototyping.

• Preferred: Experience with ecommerce and accounting/financial software.

• Preferred: Direct experience with SMB or mid-market clientele.
