Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Design and execute free-to-play (F2P) systems aimed at boosting player engagement and revenue, with a focus on progression, monetization, live events, and in-game economies.

• Take ownership of specifications, timelines, and outcomes to ensure efficient execution and high-quality results.

• Utilize A/B testing, retention metrics, and player analytics to enhance and optimize features post-launch.

• Recognize strengths, tackle weaknesses, and continuously iterate for improvement.

• Work collaboratively with developers, artists, and analysts to facilitate seamless feature rollouts.

• Keep clear documentation and address technical challenges effectively.

• Make strategic trade-offs to ensure the best possible player experience.

• Prioritize development tasks under pressing deadlines while balancing speed and quality.

• Keep an eye on competitors, assess market innovations, and implement best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, Game Designer, or in Live Ops/Product Management.

• Strong grasp of F2P mobile game mechanics.

• Ability to draft clear specifications and align teams effectively.

• High standards; consistently pushes the product forward and challenges subpar ideas.

• Experience with a successful live game.

• Familiarity with competitive systems, leagues, rankings, seasons, battle passes, character collection, or upgrade systems.

• Background in casual, hybrid-casual, io, or mass-market games.

• Sound understanding of in-app purchase (IAP) monetization beyond just advertisements.

• Knowledge of successful live games such as Brawl Stars, Clash Royale, Monopoly Go, Stumble Guys, or Subway Surfers.

• Experience in Mobile Game Development focusing on F2P games.

• Proficiency in English.

• Residing within a European time zone (+/- 3 hours from CET) or willing to relocate.
