Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Define and take ownership of the product strategy for essential platform areas.

• Translate corporate objectives and customer insights into a transparent, prioritized roadmap.

• Manage extensive, cross-functional projects from the discovery phase through to launch and subsequent iterations.

• Combine qualitative feedback and quantitative data to pinpoint opportunities and guide decision-making.

• Set and track KPIs while analyzing trends in product performance.

• Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing adoption, engagement, retention, and revenue outcomes.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, data, onboarding, and support teams on requirements, scope, trade-offs, and success metrics.

• Develop product requirement documents, user stories, and technical specifications.

• Lead thorough QA processes and establish acceptance criteria.

• Mentor junior product managers and influence stakeholders across various departments.

• Work with internal teams on launches, training materials, and feature adoption.

• Foster relationships with veterinary clinics and pet owners.

• Assess product strengths, opportunities, risks, and implementation trade-offs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in product management.

• Proven track record of owning complex product areas and delivering strategic, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business outcomes.

• Experience in a SaaS or technology-driven setting.

• Capability to define and implement product strategy while managing multi-quarter roadmaps.

• Experience in leading discovery and experimentation efforts.

• Ability to partner with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Strong long-term product vision and sound judgment in making principled trade-offs.

• Advanced analytical skills, including the ability to define KPIs, create business cases, utilize experimentation frameworks, and leverage data analytics tools.

• Extensive experience in writing product requirement documents, leading sprint planning and backlog grooming, managing stakeholder expectations, and executing complex launches.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in influencing senior stakeholders and driving cross-functional alignment.

• Background in conducting user research and interviews.

• Ability to manage competing priorities, mentor junior team members, and lead without direct authority.

• Strong understanding of technical architecture, APIs, integrations, and system design.
