This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of measurable business results, encompassing adoption rates, revenue, unit economics, and customer retention.
• Serve as the sole accountable leader for the product domain, making decisions driven by data, customer insights, and strategic considerations.
• Embrace an AI-first approach throughout the processes of discovery, prototyping, and product development.
• Define and refine product strategies with comprehensive narratives that address customer challenges, anticipated impacts, assumptions, and potential risks.
• Influence or manage product economics, focusing on revenue outcomes, cost-to-serve, and monetization strategies.
• Lead the entire product lifecycle from initial discovery to market commercialization.
• Design and conduct structured experiments, including concept tests, pilot programs, and pricing evaluations.
• Revitalize the product by enhancing architecture, minimizing technical debt, and integrating new technologies.
• Utilize systems thinking to create scalable, comprehensive customer journeys that integrate workflows, data, and platform components.
• Manage go-to-market results, including product positioning, enablement, adoption, and overall commercial success.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment, influence decision-making, and implement product modifications.
• Facilitate self-service, scalable product experiences that minimize operational friction.
• Integrate customer feedback, product analytics, and market indicators to adjust priorities effectively.
• Lead by influence and make decisive choices in uncertain situations.
• Provide clarity through written documentation, decision-making frameworks, and effective communication.
• Cultivate a high-performance, low-ego culture founded on accountability and teamwork.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, ideally in B2B, fintech, or payment sectors.
• Demonstrated history of owning and achieving measurable product results.
• Experience in building and scaling complex products, platforms, or APIs.
• Familiarity with launching AI/ML products or features.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into actionable decisions.
• Experience in designing and executing experiments to validate product direction.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguous, fast-paced environments with a proactive approach.
• Solid technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, particularly with executive audiences.
• Genuine passion for addressing customer challenges and delivering significant, measurable value.
• Nice to have: Experience with augmented reality, payment systems, or financial workflow automation.
