This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of measurable business results, including adoption, revenue, unit economics, and retention, while adapting strategies based on performance indicators.
• Serve as the primary accountable leader for the product area, making informed decisions driven by data, customer insights, and strategic goals.
• Utilize AI in discovery, prototyping, and enhancing product features.
• Develop and refine product strategy with clear narratives that address customer challenges, anticipated impacts, assumptions, and potential risks.
• Manage or influence product economics, encompassing revenue performance, cost-to-serve, and monetization strategies.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from initial discovery to commercialization.
• Create and conduct structured experiments, including concept validation, pilot programs, and pricing tests.
• Upgrade the product by enhancing architecture, minimizing technical debt, and integrating new technologies.
• Design scalable, comprehensive customer journeys that encompass workflows, data, and platform components.
• Manage go-to-market outcomes, including positioning, enablement, adoption, and commercial success.
• Collaborate across functions to drive alignment, influence decisions, and implement product changes effectively.
• Promote self-service, scalable product experiences that minimize operational friction.
• Integrate customer insights, product data, and market signals to prioritize effectively.
• Lead through influence and make decisive choices in uncertain situations.
• Provide clarity through written documentation, decision-making frameworks, and effective communication.
• Cultivate a high-performance, low-ego culture rooted in accountability and collaboration.
• Over 7 years of experience in product management, ideally within B2B, fintech, or payments sectors.
• Demonstrated success in owning and achieving measurable product outcomes.
• Experience in building and scaling intricate products, platforms, or APIs.
• Background in launching AI/ML products or features.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to convert data into actionable decisions.
• Proven experience in designing and executing experiments to validate product trajectories.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a proactive approach.
• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience with executive audiences.
• A genuine passion for addressing customer challenges and delivering significant, measurable value.
