Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop product functionalities for Twilio’s Identity platform, catering to both agentic and human identity scenarios.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to establish direction, convert customer requirements into product functionalities, and create the roadmap.

• Work together with Twilio teams to ensure alignment on product strategy and facilitate cross-team initiatives.

• Compose PRFAQs and product requirement documentation.

• Partner with engineering and design teams to bring product concepts to fruition.

• Equip go-to-market teams to assist customers in overcoming challenges using Twilio products.

• Deconstruct intricate problems, make practical trade-offs, and design experiences for developers.

• Advocate for the customer in product decision-making and deliver products that provide value to customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or 2+ years in product management combined with 3+ years in an engineering position.

• Proven experience in creating highly technical products and/or products aimed at developers.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is necessary.

• Strong grasp of technical, analytical, and UI/UX design principles.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
