📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product vision, roadmap, and execution, ensuring they align with the company's objectives and customer requirements.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the product, including its history, current status, and potential future developments.

• Assess existing features, workflows, and technical limitations to discover avenues for innovation, scalability, and growth.

• Prioritize initiatives based on their impact on customers, business value, technical feasibility, and strategic goals.

• Identify and advocate for opportunities related to AI, personalization, collaboration, and other emerging capabilities that improve the customer experience.

• Establish and track key product metrics, such as activation, engagement, retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue effects.

• Set best practices for product measurement, experimentation, and decision-making processes.

• Utilize product analytics, customer behavior data, and user feedback to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.

• Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that offer insights into product performance and business results.

• Design, implement, and assess experiments to guide product direction and investment choices.

• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research, including customer interviews, surveys, usability tests, and market analysis.

• Develop a profound understanding of the needs, behaviors, and challenges faced by various user groups.

• Convert research findings into actionable recommendations, product specifications, and strategic opportunities.

• Act as the internal champion for the customer throughout the entire product development lifecycle.

• Function effectively at both the strategic and execution levels, setting the direction, analyzing data, addressing and resolving issues, and collaborating across teams to keep product initiatives on track and achieve results.

• Lead projects from discovery to launch, ensuring top-notch execution and measurable outcomes.

• Work closely with cross-functional partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure successful delivery.

• Develop clear product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and related documentation.

• Identify risks proactively, eliminate obstacles, and facilitate decision-making across teams.

• Communicate product strategy, roadmap changes, and results effectively to stakeholders at all organizational levels.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a senior-level role.

• Proven track record of owning multiple product areas or a product portfolio from strategy through execution and ongoing optimization.

• Demonstrated success in delivering customer-facing products in technology, SaaS, consumer, or B2B2C environments.

• Strongly preferred experience in supporting products that cater to multiple user personas or stakeholder groups.

• Extensive experience with product analytics and business intelligence tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker, GA, Metabase, or similar platforms.

• Comfortable with independent data analysis and converting insights into product recommendations.

• Experience in developing metrics frameworks, dashboards, and experimentation strategies.

• Ability to balance quantitative data with qualitative customer insights.

• Strong product judgment and customer empathy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Ability to simplify complex challenges and foster alignment across diverse teams.

• Experience in Agile product development environments.

• Proven ability to lead through influence and achieve results without direct authority.

• Preferred experience in EdTech, consumer products, publishing, content platforms, or marketplace businesses.

• Preferred experience with AI-driven features, personalization, or recommendation systems.

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
