Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete product lifecycle for designated platforms and implementations, starting from discovery to go-live, adoption, and post-launch optimization.

• Create and uphold product roadmaps that are in alignment with the organizational strategy, portfolio priorities, and capacity limitations.

• Spearhead discovery initiatives, stakeholder meetings, needs assessments, and the conversion of clinical and operational requirements into prioritized product backlogs.

• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors concerning scope, timelines, and dependencies.

• Facilitate portfolio prioritization, analyze benefits realization, conduct capacity planning, and offer trade-off suggestions to executive leadership.

• Oversee enterprise system implementations and integrations across clinical, operations, IT, and third-party partners.

• Establish success metrics and acceptance criteria; track adoption and post-launch results, and initiate corrective measures as needed.

• Identify, report, and manage product-level risks and issues.

• Deliver status communications and escalation summaries suitable for executive review.

• Advocate for process improvement and change management, which includes training, documentation, and stakeholder readiness.

• Mentor Product Managers and set standards for requirements documentation, delivery practices, and stakeholder engagement.

• Discover and implement enhancements to product and delivery practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in product management, IT delivery, or technology implementation, with a proven track record of full-lifecycle initiatives.

• Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional technology projects in complex or regulated settings.

• Strong skills in requirements gathering, backlog management, and product roadmap creation.

• Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.

• Proven capability in managing vendor relationships and collaborating with third-party implementation partners.

• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership.

• Ability to produce metrics, dashboards, and executive-level status reports.

• Familiarity with project and product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

• Experience in clinical research, oncology, life sciences, or a regulated healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

• Preferred certifications include CBAP, CSPO, or PMP.

• Six Sigma Green Belt or other process improvement certifications are preferred.

• Availability to work Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

• Approximately 80% of the time is spent sitting.
