Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of essential product initiatives.

• Enhance customer value while supporting business objectives.

• Act as the product domain expert regarding dealership retail workflows.

• Collaborate across various teams to provide effective product solutions that align with market demands and company objectives.

• Contribute to the strategic priorities for launching ARC in the Quebec market.

• Support workflows related to vehicle sales, desking, F&I, credit applications and approvals, lender integrations, compliance, and deal funding.

• Develop scalable B2B products tailored for Canadian automotive dealerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–8 years of experience in product management, with responsibility for significant product lines or features.

• Solid background in SaaS, cloud platforms, or enterprise technology products.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in the automotive sector and familiarity with dealership management systems.

• Expertise in dealership retail operations, desking, F&I, finance workflows, credit bureau integrations, lender submission processes, regulatory compliance, and vehicle sales transactions.

• Proven experience in building scalable, user-facing B2B products for Canadian automotive dealerships.

• Demonstrated success in developing and scaling products within cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, product lifecycle tools, and data-driven decision-making.

• Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
