This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Establish and convey product strategies that align with Talogy’s goals.
• Create and oversee product roadmaps informed by market demands, customer insights, and business objectives.
• Perform market analysis to uncover opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
• Work closely with Talogy stakeholders to outline product requirements and specifications.
• Drive agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog management, and crafting user stories.
• Interact with customers, partners, and industry experts to collect feedback and insights.
• Evaluate usage data and customer input to guide product decisions and enhancements.
• Champion user needs and experiences, representing the voice of the customer.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies encompassing pricing, positioning, and messaging.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to create product collateral, sales tools, and training resources.
• Assist sales teams by providing product knowledge, conducting product demonstrations, and participating in customer meetings.
• Define and monitor KPIs that assess product success and impact.
• Conduct reviews of product performance and modify strategies as necessary.
• Present product performance updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Over 6 years of proven experience in product management, delivering high-quality products on schedule while collaborating closely with QA, software development, and project management in an agile setting.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a business or technical field; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• Preferred technical experience includes roles such as software engineer, analyst, or technical project manager.
• Formal training, certification, or experience in design, contextual inquiry, or methodologies related to end-to-end commercial product development and/or requirements gathering.
• Experience in educational technology, certification, and/or the assessment/remote proctoring industry.
• Familiarity with large-scale SaaS software systems.
• Proven ability to accurately determine levels of effort, manage product roadmaps in alignment with corporate goals, and demonstrate strong project management capabilities.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to translate technical details, customer issues, and business impact effectively.
• Experience collaborating with a UI/UX Developer to refine products and deliver wireframes and requirements to software engineering teams.
• Experience with Productboard is a plus.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Teams for collaboration is a plus.
