This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead The Lab, the AI product team at Storyblocks.
• Take ownership of the roadmap for conversational search and the MCP connector.
• Convert open-ended inquiries regarding search quality, memory, and MCP distribution into a prioritized plan that demonstrates clear business impact.
• Establish and monitor metrics for AI product quality, distinguishing significant signals from superficial KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, design, research, and product marketing teams to align on OKRs.
• Mobilize cross-functional teams to achieve business outcomes.
• Conduct extensive experimentation using pre/post and A/B tests with tools like Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or Amplitude.
• Utilize customer interviews, usability studies, and discovery sessions to guide prioritization and product direction.
• Manage launches that require legal review and approval from third-party platforms, including the OpenAI plugin store and the Claude MCP directory.
• Assess AI interaction costs and their implications for packaging, pricing, and product strategy.
• Communicate roadmaps and priorities effectively to technical teams and executive leadership.
• Report directly to Scott Simpson, VP Product.
• Proven experience in delivering AI products to customers, with measurable outcomes.
• Background in evaluations, relevance tuning, ranking, or model selection.
• Experience managing search, discovery, recommendations, or personalization products.
• Demonstrated ability to run experiments at scale using tools such as Statsig, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, or Amplitude.
• Experience collaborating closely with data science or ML teams and engaging in technical discussions.
• Proven track record as the sole PM on a team, focusing on outcomes rather than merely managing tasks.
• Ability to articulate roadmap priorities to both technical and executive audiences.
• Capacity to make decisions amidst incomplete information and communicate confidence levels transparently.
• Flexibility to work from anywhere within the United States.

• Nice to have: experience in launching an LLM-powered product to general availability.
• Nice to have: familiarity with developer-facing or platform products, APIs, connectors, or app-directory ecosystems.
