Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kansas, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy, roadmap, and results for the product area from the discovery phase through to launch and ongoing iterations.

• Ensure alignment of the product area with the overarching strategy of the product portfolio.

• Keep a clear and organized roadmap for business stakeholders.

• Make informed decisions regarding product scope and sequencing trade-offs, and effectively communicate the rationale behind them.

• Link every product release to a quantifiable customer or revenue outcome.

• Enhance customer and market insights through user interactions, sales engagements, and observation of the production process.

• Drive products from conception to execution by identifying unmet needs, validating those needs, defining the minimum viable product (MVP), generating revenue, and iterating.

• Compose comprehensive product requirements and precise specifications.

• Leverage AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and communication purposes.

• Collaborate with engineering, design, research, data, marketing, sales, support, and executive stakeholders.

• Establish and monitor metrics related to adoption, revenue, retention, and customer impact.

• Serve as the product representative to customers, analysts, and partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of product management experience within B2B enterprise SaaS.

• Proven history of taking products from inception to launch with a demonstrated impact on revenue.

• Ability to operate comfortably within significant ambiguity in fast-paced, competitive markets influenced by rapid technological changes.

• Proficient in using AI as an everyday tool for thinking, building, and communication, including utilizing AI to prototype concepts and communicate complex ideas with stakeholders.

• A genuine enthusiasm for automation and business transformation.

• Previous experience in the automation or AI/agentic product domain is preferred.

• A technical background in engineering, computer science, or equivalent hands-on experience is preferred.

• In-depth knowledge of modern agentic frameworks, LLM tools, and the construction and evaluation of AI agents in enterprise settings is preferred.
