Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Assist in the implementation of the product roadmap for the Health Portfolio.

• Collect, analyze, and prioritize product requirements from clients, internal stakeholders, and market research.

• Collaborate with Product Leadership to outline product enhancements and future capabilities.

• Develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and various product documentation.

• Assess opportunities for enhancing platform functionality, automation, efficiency, and user experience.

• Provide data, analysis, and recommendations to guide product planning.

• Work in tandem with Engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

• Oversee and prioritize product backlogs.

• Engage in sprint planning, requirement reviews, testing, and release activities.

• Track product performance and adoption metrics.

• Raise issues regarding risks, dependencies, and challenges that impact delivery timelines or product outcomes.

• Assist in product launches and post-release evaluations.

• Cultivate and maintain expertise in healthcare payer operations and digital engagement.

• Keep abreast of regulatory changes and trends in the healthcare industry.

• Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to identify business needs and operational challenges.

• Collect feedback and convert stakeholder input into product requirements.

• Aid in product demonstrations, client meetings, and roadmap discussions.

• Partner with Sales, Client Delivery, Operations, and Implementation teams to facilitate product adoption.

• Communicate roadmap priorities, product updates, and release plans effectively.

• Establish relationships across Product, Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Client Success, and Sales teams.

• Facilitate communication and alignment among stakeholders.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of product management processes and best practices.

• Assist Product Leadership in monitoring roadmap progress and business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in healthcare technology, health plan operations, product management, business analysis, or related fields.

• Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, reimbursement, eligibility, benefits administration, and regulatory requirements.

• Proficiency in gathering requirements and translating business needs into product specifications.

• Capability to work effectively with Engineering teams in Agile development environments.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.

• Experience with APIs, automation, interoperability, or healthcare technology solutions is a plus.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
