📋 Description

• Oversee product strategy and execution for Stella, ServiceTrade's collection of agentic AI solutions.

• Direct strategic planning and tactical implementation for Stella products, ensuring that features align with customer workflows and provide measurable benefits.

• Establish, refine, and prioritize features powered by AI.

• Interact with users, prospects, and partners to gain insights into workflows and challenges, identifying areas for AI and automation integration.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to promote AI capabilities, cultivate trust, communicate value, and enhance adoption.

• Work alongside Engineering, UX, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to synchronize product initiatives with business objectives and customer requirements.

• Facilitate backlog management, sprint planning, user acceptance testing (UAT), and daily development activities.

• Ensure the creation of clear, actionable user stories and requirements, particularly for AI/ML-driven features.

• Partner with senior leadership to shape product strategy and the overall AI roadmap for Stella.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and advancements in AI technologies.

• Leverage AI tools to enhance research, requirement documentation, data analysis, and execution, promoting their use throughout the team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches, adoption, and impact.

• Experience in leading or contributing to at least one significant AI-powered product or feature launch.

• Strong technical knowledge; comfortable discussing architecture, APIs, mobile platforms (iOS/Android), and AI/ML integration with engineering teams.

• A strategic thinker capable of delving into details while maintaining focus on business objectives.

• Exceptional communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, from frontline teams to executives.

• Equally adept at interviewing customers and collaborating with software engineers on technical specifications.

• An intellectually curious mindset regarding AI and AI tools.

• Previous experience in delivering AI or agentic workflow products, especially in a B2B SaaS environment.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach.

• Strong focus on customer needs and the ability to translate insights into innovative product solutions.

• A self-motivated problem solver who takes initiative and ownership of tasks.

• Comfortable with shifting priorities in a dynamic company environment.

• ServiceTrade requires residency in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maryland, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Vermont, or Washington.

• Must possess authorization to work in the U.S.; the employer participates in E-Verify.

• Preferred: Experience with field service management products.

• Preferred: Background in scaling product functionalities across various platforms and partnerships.

• Preferred: Knowledge of mobile product development and workforce productivity tools.
