This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product strategy and backlog, effectively balancing regulatory objectives, compliance needs, technical feasibility, and business value within a Scaled Agile framework, including PI planning.

• Compose user stories, clarify intricate business rules, define acceptance criteria, and conduct functional testing.

• Supervise a cross-functional Scrum team that includes Human-Centered Design, Engineering, and QA.

• Facilitate planning and synchronization ceremonies to ensure high-velocity delivery.

• Collaborate with engineering to outline technical requirements and assess system architecture trade-offs.

• Direct API integrations and incorporate security measures, Section 508 accessibility, and automation into the product.

• Foster consensus among federal agency departments, committees, boards, executives, and subcontracting partners.

• Report on progress, milestones, and metrics to maintain transparency and alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience as a digital Product Manager leading platform modernizations or large-scale digital transformations.

• Have experience in iterative, highly regulated, multi-vendor agile environments.

• Capable of linking high-level policy objectives with detailed technical specifications, including APIs, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Proficient in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must be a United States citizen.

• Must be able to pass a Public Trust background check.
