📋 Description

• Take charge of product strategy and backlog management, effectively balancing regulatory goals, compliance needs, technical feasibility, and business value within a Scaled Agile framework, which includes PI planning.

• Develop user stories, clarify intricate business rules, define acceptance criteria, and conduct functional testing.

• Supervise a cross-functional Scrum team that includes Human-Centered Design, Engineering, and QA professionals.

• Facilitate planning and synchronization ceremonies.

• Collaborate with engineering to establish technical requirements and assess system architecture trade-offs.

• Direct API integrations and incorporate security measures, Section 508 accessibility, and automation into the product.

• Foster consensus among federal agency departments, committees, boards, executives, and subcontracting partners.

• Relay progress updates, milestones, and metrics to guarantee transparency and alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree with over 5 years of experience as a digital Product Manager, overseeing platform modernizations or large-scale digital transformations in iterative, highly regulated, multi-vendor agile settings.

• Capability to connect high-level policy objectives with detailed technical specifications, including APIs, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code.

• Proficiency in communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Must be a citizen of the United States.

• Ability to successfully pass a Public Trust background check.
