Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the product roadmap for designated features or modules.

• Convert customer and stakeholder insights into actionable product specifications.

• Lead exploratory initiatives, including user interviews and data analytics.

• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

• Establish success metrics and assess product effectiveness.

• Ensure adherence to healthcare standards and data privacy laws.

• Assist go-to-market teams with product training and resources.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Managers and cross-functional colleagues.

• Perform additional tasks as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 6 years of experience in product management, ideally within the health tech sector.

• Proven experience in managing the complete product lifecycle.

• Strong skills in problem-solving and prioritization.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with agile product development methodologies.

• Experience with EHR or RCM workflows is an advantage.

• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• Ability to sit for extended periods and use a computer.

• A reliable internet connection is necessary.

• Capability to spend most of the workweek engaged in phone calls.
