Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

• Utilize rapid prototyping, quick experimentation, and AI tools in product development.

• Identify how AI can facilitate faster and better solutions.

• Collaborate with the engineering and design product triad, as well as teams across the organization.

• Build alignment and share context throughout the business.

• Balance customer requirements, technical realities, and business objectives.

• Shape product strategy and contribute to roadmap decisions.

• Achieve results that align with product goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in SaaS, fintech, or similar sectors.

• Demonstrated product ownership experience within the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.

• In-depth expertise in at least one core domain: Procurement or Accounts Payable.

• Proven track record of delivering high-impact business and customer results in dynamic environments.

• Experience working in empowered, cross-functional teams with engineering and design.

• Familiarity with AI-Native development methods and rapid experimentation.

• Strong communication skills and a highly collaborative approach.

• Analytical mindset focused on identifying and solving the right problems.

• Clear sense of domain ownership and the ability to align work with strategic goals.

• Passionate about creating meaningful products as part of a high-performing team.

• Excellent project management skills to simultaneously handle discovery, design, and development initiatives.
