This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Articulate and champion the strategic roadmap for innovative product features focused on care transition, network optimization, STARs strategy, and relevant areas.
• Discover untapped opportunities through clinical evidence, patient journey analysis, and market insights.
• Collaborate on the annual product strategy, OKRs, and investment priorities.
• Function within PAA's Product Charter and governance framework, contributing to a cohesive roadmap discipline.
• Lead ongoing discovery efforts with clinical end-users, including observing care managers and nurses in real-world scenarios.
• Coordinate discovery processes with architecture, clinical teams, customer success, and operations partners.
• Collaborate with UX/UI Design on prototypes, pilots, A/B testing, and AI-assisted prototyping initiatives.
• Convert qualitative insights and quantitative data into hypotheses and actionable engineering specifications.
• Establish closed-loop voice-of-customer feedback mechanisms.
• Define success metrics and analytical frameworks for each feature.
• Own analytics requirements and collaborate with the Analytics team on measurement, reporting, and dashboards.
• Develop customer-facing analytics, feature performance dashboards, client team dashboards, and ROI reports.
• Set up and track leading and lagging product indicators.
• Manage the entire sprint lifecycle from story creation and acceptance criteria through UAT sign-off and release.
• Work alongside engineering and design teams to deliver clinically accurate, HIPAA-compliant, and user-friendly features.
• Maintain and prioritize the backlog across strategic initiatives, technical debt, and partner commitments.
• Proactively communicate cross-client release impacts and uphold client-commitment discipline.
• Define and monitor KPIs linked to clinical outcomes, efficiency improvements, and patient experiences.
• Create post-launch feedback mechanisms with Customer Success, Clinical Operations, and Support teams.
• Report on product performance and insights to executive, customer, and clinical leadership.
• Mentor junior PMs and establish the standard for excellence within the Product organization.
• A minimum of 5 years in product management or product ownership, with at least 3 years in healthcare technology.
• Extensive domain expertise in post-acute care, care transitions, or related fields (home health, SNF, hospice, chronic care management).
• Authentic fluency and enthusiasm for AI-assisted and agentic product workflows.
• Proven history of delivering complex, regulated software products in Agile/Scrum settings.
• Demonstrated capability to collaborate with clinical stakeholders and translate clinical workflows into product requirements.
• Strong ownership of analytics, including designing measurement and reporting frameworks for launched features.
• Proficient in SQL, product analytics tools, and defining both internal and external analytics.
• Experience with HIPAA, CMS regulatory frameworks, and interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR, ADT feeds) is preferred.
• Background in digital health, SaaS, or healthcare technology solutions.
• Ability to present effectively to clinicians and executive/board audiences.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and incomplete information.
• Understanding of business models and how product decisions relate to ARR, retention, and NPS metrics.
