This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take full ownership of the product-led growth revenue metrics from initial contact to activation and continuous monetization.
• Develop the product-led growth framework and weekly performance scorecard utilized by the organization.
• Redesign the self-service funnel into a cohesive journey encompassing the website, sign-up, payment, and onboarding processes.
• Empower brands to launch without the need for manual intervention.
• Enhance activation rates for long-tail brands through funnel and cohort analysis.
• Identify points where the funnel stalls and conduct experiments to resolve these issues.
• Oversee pricing strategies, packaging, license mix, price testing, and average revenue per brand adjustments.
• Lead a cross-functional team.
• Collaborate with departments including Business Development, Sales, RevOps, Data, and Finance.
• Provide insights and recommendations for commercial and product-related decisions.
• Have personally managed a revenue or growth metric and can articulate the model and actions taken to enhance it.
• Experience in executing a product-led or self-service strategy from start to finish, including monetization aspects.
• Proficient in funnel and cohort analytics, capable of building models, identifying drop-offs, and assessing opportunities.
• Skilled in defining the roadmap, prioritizing based on impact, minimizing scope, and delivering value swiftly.
• Comfortable managing pricing and priorities with senior stakeholders, with the ability to escalate issues with informed recommendations.
• Preferred: experience with marketplaces or two-sided platforms.
• Preferred: familiarity with SMB and long-tail cost-to-serve dynamics.
• Preferred: experience in app-marketplace distribution, such as Shopify.
• Preferred: knowledge of affiliate or commission-based economic models.
• Preferred: experience utilizing AI in daily operations beyond just creating meeting summaries.
