This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of product areas from discovery and strategy all the way through to delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
• Build relationships with customers and engage in discovery calls, sales discussions, feedback sessions, and post-launch confirmations.
• Identify customer challenges and opportunities by conducting research, analyzing product data, observing market trends, evaluating competitors, and gathering input from cross-functional teams.
• Transform ambiguous challenges into clear product direction, priorities, requirements, prototypes, and measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with Engineering and UX teams throughout the discovery and delivery phases.
• Create and maintain product roadmaps that align customer needs with company strategy and business goals.
• Prioritize opportunities by assessing evidence, product judgment, business impact, technical feasibility, and strategic alignment.
• Work in coordination with go-to-market teams to effectively position, launch, and support product capabilities.
• Define success criteria and evaluate adoption, customer value, and business impact following the launch.
• Challenge existing assumptions and leverage customer data to enhance decision-making.
• Refine product discovery, planning, communication, documentation, and delivery processes.
• Utilize modern AI tools for research, synthesis, prototyping, analysis, and product development.
• Mentor and collaborate with fellow product team members.
• Within the first year, gain a deeper understanding of Orchestry’s customers, market, product, and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem; take ownership of significant product areas; establish relationships; validate investments; enhance discovery-to-Engineering workflows; deliver capabilities; and showcase outcomes.
• A minimum of 6 years of product management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS context, with proven senior-level ownership of complex products or significant product areas.
• Experience managing software products or major product areas throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Strong skills in customer discovery and a genuine eagerness to engage directly with customers.
• Proven ability to translate customer and market insights into effective product decisions.
• Strong product judgment and the confidence to form and defend a viewpoint.
• Able to make decisions in uncertain environments without waiting for complete information.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience collaborating closely with software engineers and sufficient technical fluency to engage meaningfully in discussions about architecture, feasibility, API, integration, and implementation.
• Strong analytical abilities and experience using both quantitative and qualitative data to inform product decisions.
• Experience in defining product outcomes and assessing the success of launches.
• Capability to work across Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Support, and leadership without formal authority.
• Comfortable in a dynamic startup or scale-up environment with broad roles and shifting priorities.
• High level of ownership and responsibility.
• Nice to have: Background in enterprise SaaS, IT administration, security, governance, or platform products.
• Nice to have: Experience in developing products for technical or administrative users.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, or the wider Microsoft ecosystem.
• Nice to have: Experience with APIs, integrations, permissions, identity, or enterprise security concepts.
• Nice to have: Background in AI-enabled products, LLMs, agents, MCP, or AI-assisted product development.
• Nice to have: Experience collaborating with remote and distributed teams.
