Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the data model for an OT-native CMDB, encompassing assets, installed positions, locations, ISA-95 hierarchies, relationships, and asset change history.

• Establish how recorded asset states correlate with live network data and address discrepancies.

• Model offline equipment and assets imported via spreadsheets alongside observed assets, differentiating between observed and declared values.

• Collaborate with engineering on identity and reconciliation rules across sensors, integrations, and spreadsheets.

• Outline default workflows for both planned and unplanned changes, vulnerability remediation, asset modifications, and safety approvals.

• Define the integration of the platform with existing CMDB and ITSM tools, as well as the movement of records and workflows between systems.

• Assist in determining where AI agents can operate and where human approval is necessary.

• Lead product decisions, negotiate solutions with engineering, specify release scope, and expedite decision-making.

• Engage directly with early-access customers to validate, learn, and deliver solutions.

• Work closely with the Europe-based engineering team and cross-functional product team on a daily basis.

• Report directly to the VP of Product.

• Foster a culture of transparency, trust, and accountability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven product ownership experience with a CMDB, asset, or configuration data product utilized by multiple customers.

• Background in making structural product decisions regarding records, source reconciliation, record attestation, and historical data retention.

• In-depth understanding of CMDB fundamentals that cannot be added later.

• Over 5 years of B2B product management experience at a software vendor.

• Strong instincts in data modeling, including schema design and tradeoff analysis.

• Experience in defining identity or reconciliation rules across diverse data sources.

• Proficiency in modeling how records evolve over time.

• Experience in delivering workflow, approval, or change management functionalities.

• Practical understanding of AI in workflows.

• Comfort in engaging with enterprise customers and technical stakeholders across operations, security, and IT.

• Willingness to travel to Europe one week per quarter.

• Preferred experience with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, ITOM Visibility, Change Management, or Operational Technology Management.

• Preferred experience with BMC Helix CMDB, Freshservice / Device42, Cognite, IBM Maximo, or SAP EAM.

• Preferred experience with Tamr, Reltio, Informatica MDM, or Axonius.

• Preferred background in configuration management, IT and cyber asset management, master data management, entity resolution, industrial knowledge graphs, or EAM/CMMS products.

• OT experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
