Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Develop, launch, and ensure the overall success of new AI products and features from start to finish.

• Engage with customers to identify their needs, prioritize challenges, and create a long-term strategy.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and various teams to create products and enhance customer experiences.

• Play a role in shaping the definition, strategy, and long-term vision for the product suite.

• Continuously improve products through customer feedback and insights derived from data.

• Report directly to the Product Lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management or similar roles.

• Ideally familiar with launching products from the ground up (0-1 products).

• Capability to extract customer insights from both quantitative and qualitative data.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Comfortable presenting to both customers and internal stakeholders.

• Strong technical knowledge and the ability to earn credibility with engineering teams.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams to deliver products/features within tight deadlines.

• Proficient in thriving within fast-paced and evolving startup environments.

• A bachelor's degree in a technical field is preferred.

• Experience with B2B and/or Fintech products is advantageous.
