Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the roadmap, priorities, and backlog for designated areas of SysTrack.

• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of customer challenges, workflows, and technical capabilities within product domains.

• Engage directly with both customers and internal teams to uncover pain points, unmet needs, and recurring product opportunities.

• Distinguish between underlying customer issues and proposed solutions, validating concepts prior to significant engineering investments.

• Convert product vision into well-defined epics, features, workflows, requirements, and acceptance criteria.

• Communicate and make tradeoffs between new functionalities, customer requests, usability, technical investments, and defects.

• Collaborate with Engineering and UX throughout the stages of discovery, planning, implementation, and release.

• Make prompt product decisions in response to changes in scope, requirements, or technical constraints.

• Ensure that individual investments lead to a cohesive SysTrack experience.

• Represent product areas during customer interactions, roadmap discussions, and internal planning sessions.

• Develop expertise in Digital Employee Experience, endpoint management, IT operations, and related markets.

• Contribute to overarching product planning and identify patterns with implications across SysTrack.

⛳️ Requirements

• 4–7 years of experience in product management, ideally within enterprise software.

• Proven experience in independently managing software features or product areas from discovery to delivery.

• Strong capability to transform ambiguous customer challenges into structured product opportunities and requirements.

• Solid judgment in balancing customer needs, strategic priorities, technical investments, and delivery constraints.

• Experience collaborating directly with engineers on technically intricate products.

• Background in engaging with customers and converting feedback into product decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to make decisions with incomplete information and adapt as new data emerges.

• Familiarity with DEX, endpoint management, ITSM, analytics, observability, enterprise AI, automation, APIs, or other data-intensive enterprise software is advantageous.
