Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Take full responsibility for the patient journey from the initial physician prescription through onboarding and active therapy to long-term usage.

• Implement habit loops, nudges, feedback systems, and engagement mechanics to encourage ongoing usage.

• Manage therapy applications in the fields of urology and gynecology comprehensively.

• Treat app ratings, presence in app stores, and App Store Optimization (ASO) as vital product levers, optimizing the user journey from impression to activation.

• Elevate the therapy platform from good to best-in-class.

• Utilize AI as a tool to enhance both your work and the product itself.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven hands-on experience in product management focused on consumer mobile applications.

• Familiarity with the technical aspects of both iOS and Android platforms.

• Experience in using AI and the ability to recognize hallucinations.

• Back decisions with data analysis and experimentation.

• Proficient in both German and English languages.

• Proactively drive initiatives and engage others in the process.

• Insight into what constitutes an exceptional, aesthetically pleasing, and functional product by 2026.

• Preferred: experience in developing patient-centered or behavior-change products, or a genuine interest in these areas.
