Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of a key area within Introhive’s AI-driven Relationship Intelligence product ecosystem.

• Develop and implement the product roadmap for the designated product area.

• Analyze customer needs, pain points, workflows, data challenges, and overall business requirements.

• Convert business strategies, customer insights, and market trends into actionable plans and success metrics.

• Lead a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, and data scientists through the stages of discovery, definition, delivery, and adoption.

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to retirement for significant persona-based workflows.

• Balance competing priorities by considering customer value, business impact, and data evidence.

• Establish KPIs, assess outcomes, and iterate to enhance usability, performance, and value delivery.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Revenue teams on strategic initiatives and go-to-market execution.

• Partner with Product Marketing to effectively position and launch new capabilities.

• Articulate the rationale behind the roadmap and align product outcomes with customer and business objectives.

• Mentor and guide junior team members.

• Shape product best practices and contribute to a data-informed, customer-centric product culture.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in product management.

• Ideally, experience in SaaS or products driven by data/AI.

• Proven experience in launching and scaling customer-facing products and features that yield measurable customer and business growth.

• Relevant market experience in relationship intelligence, sales intelligence, CRM/data quality, martech, or another data-driven B2B SaaS sector.

• Experience working with professional services or enterprise clients.

• Understanding of how professional services, financial services, or consulting firms manage and utilize client relationship data is a significant advantage.

• Proven track record of creating clear, strategically aligned, user-focused roadmaps and priorities.

• Ability to simplify complex workflows and data challenges into clear, intuitive user experiences.

• Strong communication and storytelling abilities.

• Capability to influence across various functions and at multiple organizational levels.

• Analytical mindset with comfort in making data and experimentation-driven decisions.

• Passion for leveraging technology to enhance human connection and drive relationship and revenue growth.

• Familiarity with CRM ecosystems, data enrichment platforms, or revenue intelligence solutions is beneficial.
