Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Direct the strategic direction and implementation of Extended Planning & Analysis (xP&A)

• Take ownership of the product vision and establish priorities

• Develop and articulate the product strategy and roadmap informed by customer needs and market opportunities

• Engage with customers, assess competitive trends, and pinpoint market opportunities

• Prioritize projects based on customer impact and business value

• Leverage market insights, customer feedback, and data to inform product decisions

• Interact with customers and prospects to grasp challenges and opportunities

• Convert customer insights into product requirements and unique solutions

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design to create top-quality experiences

• Monitor product adoption and outcomes while identifying improvement areas

• Assist in go-to-market strategies, product launches, and customer engagement

• Work alongside Sales and Marketing to articulate product value

• Represent insightsoftware to customers, partners, and at industry events

• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS

• Proven history of defining strategy and delivering products that yield tangible business results

• Strong understanding of planning, analytics, finance, or enterprise software markets

• Comfortable working closely with customers and collaborating across teams

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities; capability to influence without direct authority

• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on and executing

• Preferred: Experience with xP&A, FP&A, EPM, CPM, ERP, analytics, or financial software

• Preferred: Familiarity with Office of the CFO technologies and workflows

• Preferred: Exposure to AI-enabled products and data-driven decision platforms
