Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Client Communications roadmap from start to finish.

• Convert company strategy and user requirements into prioritized initiatives that promote growth and scalability.

• Spearhead product discovery and delivery in collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Operations teams.

• Manage roadmap concepts all the way through to their launch.

• Define epics and user stories with clear scopes, dependencies, and comprehensive acceptance criteria.

• Create user journey, process, and data flow diagrams.

• Develop wireframes and work together on higher-fidelity design elements.

• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Technology, and Service leaders to synchronize and implement communications initiatives.

• Design and uphold KPI dashboards that track communications performance, client engagement, and the health of client experiences.

• Oversee backlog management, sprint preparations, and delivery tracking using Jira.

• Report on progress, risks, and trade-offs to cross-functional teams and leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in product management.

• A proven history of owning a product area from the early or emerging stages through to maturity.

• Experience navigating detailed, precise, and complex product environments, especially within regulated, compliance-driven, or high-accuracy sectors.

• Capability to transform business objectives and client needs into actionable requirements and a coherent product roadmap.

• Demonstrated success in collaborating across functions with Engineering, Design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact features.

• Expertise in crafting user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and wireframes.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as Linear, Jira Software, and Jira Product Discovery.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Proficiency in building and interpreting KPI dashboards.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Experience in shaping or enhancing an early-stage product area, including establishing foundational processes, documentation, and roadmap clarity.
