This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for GHX's primary clinical solutions.
• Act as a technical and clinical domain expert for the clinical suite.
• Facilitate deal closures and enhance customer experiences through effective stakeholder engagement.
• Deconstruct complex clinical analytics and physician preference item challenges into actionable milestones and initiatives.
• Establish implementation standards with internal operations to expedite customer time to value.
• Guide sales, product owners, and engineering teams in product development.
• Investigate customer needs and market deficiencies alongside clinicians, value analysis committees, and supply chain leaders.
• Examine competition and market trends in healthcare clinical analytics and procurement optimization.
• Define and communicate product roadmaps that align with corporate strategy.
• Prioritize tasks in collaboration with Product Pods and engineering delivery teams.
• Create value propositions and sales tools.
• Collaborate with marketing and branding teams on product messaging and naming.
• Oversee product and feature launches as well as go-to-market initiatives.
• Educate customer-facing employees on product specifics, clinical value propositions, and sales tactics.
• Develop business cases with sales and finance while utilizing performance measures to steer product strategy.
• Establish and assess product pricing.
• Negotiate product priorities through internal processes.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, including healthcare data privacy and security regulations.
• Report to the Director of Product Management and collaborate with engineering, clinical strategy, sales, and customer success leaders.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Health Informatics, or a related discipline.
• At least 7 years of relevant work experience, including over 4 years in product management.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, clinical analytics, or hospital/health system procurement and supply chain is required.
• Proven experience in developing data or analytics products that address complex, ambiguous challenges.
• Expertise in healthcare, clinical analytics, and procedural/surgical supply chain data.
• Proficiency in physician preference items, value analysis, and provider procurement processes.
• Strong technical fluency, including an understanding of system and data model architecture.
• Demonstrated ownership of roadmaps and data-driven prioritization.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
