This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Establish, advocate for, and convey the strategic roadmap for technology products related to valuation and appraisal.

• Direct product strategy, roadmap formulation, and prioritization efforts.

• Oversee product discovery from identifying problems to delivery, encompassing research, workflow analysis, market evaluation, requirements gathering, release planning, adoption, and ongoing enhancement.

• Convert appraisal and valuation workflows into scalable product capabilities and well-defined requirements.

• Identify and prioritize functionalities that support appraisal data standards and compliance, including UAD 3.6, UCDP/EAD, MISMO/XML, validation prerequisites, and guidelines from lenders, investors, and GSEs.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Business Systems Analysts, and Quality Assurance teams on APIs, schemas, integrations, rules engines, shared platform services, and structured data.

• Lead product initiatives involving business rules, automated reviews, findings, decision-making, AI-driven workflows, and workflow automation.

• Facilitate decisions regarding the migration of legacy products to modern solutions, including capability rationalization, gap analysis, sequencing, customer transitions, and retirement decisions.

• Manage interdependencies among shared products and platform components alongside Product Managers and Engineering leaders.

• Engage with lenders, servicers, investors, appraisal professionals, enterprise clients, and internal stakeholders to validate solutions and inform roadmap choices.

• Perform competitive and market analysis related to appraisal technology, valuation platforms, review solutions, AMCs, property data providers, and mortgage/fintech products.

• Leverage product, operational, quality, support, and customer data to assess product health and guide enhancements.

• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, Support, Operations, and Marketing on customer interactions, demonstrations, pilot programs, implementation strategies, positioning, and launch preparations.

• Relay product direction, decisions, risks, dependencies, and progress updates to executive and cross-functional stakeholders.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of direct experience in product management or product development.

• Proven experience managing complex enterprise products or workflows from discovery and requirements gathering through delivery, launch, and continuous optimization.

• Experience collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams in highly matrixed environments.

• Strong product judgment with the ability to define strategy, set priorities, make trade-offs, and relate roadmap decisions to customer and business outcomes.

• Proficient understanding of valuation, appraisal, review, compliance, and operational workflows, translating these into product opportunities and requirements.

• Comfortable discussing APIs, XML/MISMO, schemas, rules engines, integrations, cloud platforms, data flows, and architectural dependencies.

• Skilled in creating problem statements, product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, workflow definitions, MVP scoping, and release prioritization.

• Ability to align Product, Engineering, QA, Support, Operations, Sales, and leadership around shared goals.

• Clear and concise communication of complex concepts, decisions, risks, and trade-offs.

• Capable of using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate product performance and measure outcomes.

• Competent in managing immediate delivery needs while keeping a long-term product vision.

• Understanding of customer value, competitive positioning, financial factors, adoption, operational impacts, and resource limitations.

• Ability to drive complex initiatives through uncertainty, manage dependencies and risks, ensure stakeholder alignment, and follow through effectively.

• Capability to build customer trust, manage expectations, solicit feedback, and balance individual requests against a scalable product strategy.
