This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take full ownership of one of exmox's most impactful product domains, influencing the reward economy through payout thresholds, tiering, bonuses, promotions, and various profitability strategies.
• Enhance activation, retention, and long-term engagement via onboarding experiences, streaks, quests, progression systems, reactivation flows, and lifecycle initiatives.
• Transform growth opportunities from initial hypotheses to go/no-go decisions across product, market expansion, partnerships, and distribution.
• Lead experimentation by defining hypotheses, designing statistically valid A/B tests, analyzing results, and making data-driven product decisions.
• Collaborate with a dedicated Data Analyst to identify opportunities, validate assumptions, and enhance product performance.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, Commercial, User Acquisition, Customer Support, Fraud, and Leadership to align priorities and implement product improvements.
• Advocate for the product domain to leadership using data, customer insights, and business context to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop into a mentor for other product managers and potentially lead a product team as the company grows.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management for consumer-facing digital products.
• Preferred experience in mobile apps, gaming, marketplaces, subscriptions, ad-tech, fintech, or other rapidly growing B2C sectors.
• Proven experience managing consumer products at scale, with hundreds of thousands or more monthly active users.
• Capability to balance user needs, commercial objectives, and technical limitations.
• Expertise in designing incentive, reward, or progression mechanics and calibrating them to motivate users without compromising margins.
• Significant experience conducting A/B tests, defining hypotheses, interpreting data, and making evidence-based product decisions.
• Strong statistical thinking and comfort with product metrics.
• Experience working with analysts to uncover insights, measure success, and prioritize opportunities.
• Ability to articulate product strategy while remaining engaged in execution, including drafting specifications, refining solutions, reviewing experiment outcomes, and driving delivery.
• Skills in building partnerships across Product, Engineering, Design, Analytics, Marketing, Commercial, and Leadership teams.
• Comfort in navigating ambiguity, taking initiative without waiting for direction, and thriving in fast-paced environments.
