This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +12 more states.
• Lead the exploration and definition process for products.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to establish product requirements.
• Work with various teams to guarantee successful product delivery.
• Facilitate recurring product meetings involving sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams throughout ERMCO.
• Partner with business leadership to enhance the product portfolio by leveraging customer feedback, technology trends, industry standards, and competitive analysis.
• Cultivate important relationships and establish credibility within ERMCO and the wider industry.
• Monitor customer feedback and translate data into actionable insights.
• Create and nurture partnerships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Identify opportunities to introduce new products to the market alongside the Commercial Strategy Director.
• Formulate and uphold go-to-market strategies and roadmaps for current and future products, particularly those based on power electronics.
• Oversee product development while adapting to changing customer needs.
• Maintain contacts within the commercial and industrial sectors.
• Manage products currently in the market and address market feedback effectively.
• Report directly to the Director of Commercial Strategy & Transformation in an individual contributor capacity.
• 3-4 years of experience in product management.
• Familiarity with data centers, three-phase substation power systems, and single-phase power systems.
• Proven experience in launching electrical power products in the utility, commercial, and industrial sectors.
• Capability to work cross-functionally among engineering, sales, and strategy teams.
• Exposure to utility, commercial, and industrial power systems and their customers.
• Adaptability to evolving job responsibilities.
• Fundamental knowledge of power electronics, low-voltage AC and DC power distribution systems under 1,000 V, and electric transformers.
• Ability to monitor market dynamics and their impact on product development.
• Competence in framing and conducting preliminary analyses, such as market sizing.
• High proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel.
• Relocation assistance will be available.
• Minimal to moderate travel (1–2 times per month).
