This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Drive the ongoing growth of designated Ensemble IQ workflow products within the backend of the revenue cycle.

• Collaborate with cross-functional matrix partners to establish business requirements focused on valuable outcomes.

• Document product specifications, including roadmaps, scope, feature definitions, business models, and workflows.

• Work directly with delivery teams to ensure a comprehensive, value-oriented approach within an Agile framework.

• Partner with revenue cycle operations and utilize market research to create requirements that support product strategies and roadmaps.

• Collect and document user requirements while developing business cases that address revenue generation and productivity cost savings.

• Assist in funding and approval submissions for the IT steering committee.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver prioritized features using Agile and DevOps methodologies.

• Create, maintain, and communicate prioritized product and team backlogs.

• Contribute to marketing materials and product demonstrations.

• Coordinate deliverables with international teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Over 3 years of domain expertise in Healthcare Revenue Cycle or relevant experience.

• More than 5 years of experience in roles such as business analyst, system analyst, product owner, or comparable positions.

• At least 3 years of experience working in an Agile environment.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

• Proven ability to lead cross-functional meetings and engage with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Experience in supporting product strategy through the development of feature roadmaps.

• Skill in balancing and negotiating the needs of operational and technical teams.

• Technical expertise to support comprehensive solutions and direction.

• Demonstrated analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving competencies.

• Capability to lead and influence through building credibility and trust.

• Proficient communication skills in both business and technical contexts.

• Must be a resident of and authorized to work in the United States.
