This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of product strategy, roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution.
• Lead efforts to discover customer insights, identify user needs, market opportunities, and understand business challenges.
• Collaborate with customers, stakeholders, design, and engineering teams to pinpoint and validate solutions.
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery through to launch, measurement, and ongoing improvement.
• Balance customer requirements, business goals, technical factors, and market opportunities in product decision-making.
• Facilitate product research, experimentation, and rapid prototyping initiatives.
• Assess product opportunities based on customer value, business impact, engineering requirements, and potential revenue.
• Lead and nurture a team that includes two Product Owners and one Product Analyst.
• Conduct coaching, mentoring, performance management, and career development discussions.
• Present recommendations, business cases, and product strategies to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Help enhance product management practices throughout the organization.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to ensure product success.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without any current or future sponsorship requirements.
• Over 5 years of experience in Product Management within a SaaS or software product environment.
• Proven track record in leading product discovery and customer research initiatives.
• Experience in owning product strategy, developing roadmaps, and setting priorities.
• Demonstrated success in guiding products from discovery through launch and iterative improvements.
• Experience in managing, mentoring, or developing Product Managers, Product Owners, Business Analysts, or similar roles.
• Strong ability to identify core customer problems and convert insights into product opportunities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Capability to operate effectively within uncertain or dynamic environments.
• Strong business acumen and commercial decision-making capabilities.
• Experience in influencing executive stakeholders and fostering alignment across teams.
• Ability to balance strategic thought with hands-on execution.
• Nice to have: Experience in high-growth SaaS organizations.
• Nice to have: Background in consulting or advisory roles.
• Nice to have: Experience with AI-enabled products, automation platforms, or emerging technologies.
• Nice to have: Familiarity with evaluating build-versus-buy decisions and third-party software integrations.
