Senior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of product strategy, backlog, and priorities across multiple product teams.

• Manage product backlogs and roadmaps for several teams.

• Establish and advocate for priorities based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Convert strategy into clear, well-structured epics and initiatives.

• Balance conflicting priorities and make trade-off decisions across teams.

• Lead and enhance agile practices across teams, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

• Mentor teams and team leads on agile methodologies and continuous improvement.

• Monitor delivery health and identify risks prior to impacting release timelines.

• Oversee workloads, priorities, and delivery expectations among various teams.

• Mentor and develop team members, including junior product professionals.

• Address cross-team dependencies and obstacles.

• Align engineering, design, and other stakeholders around common priorities.

• Facilitate customer discussions, demonstrations, feedback sessions, and escalations.

• Convert customer feedback into prioritized backlog items and roadmap choices.

• Set the standard for product quality and serve as the final checkpoint for product quality before release.

• Collaborate with QA and engineering on testing strategies and coverage.

• Validate workflows, discover edge cases, and supervise regression testing.

• Manage product documentation, release notes, and enablement materials.

• Lead enablement efforts for sales, support, operations, and customers.

• Identify, prioritize, evaluate, and advocate for practical AI opportunities across the platform and internal workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on managing the backlog and priorities for multiple teams simultaneously.

• Extensive, practical experience with agile methodologies, including facilitating and enhancing ceremonies while coaching others.

• Proven ability to set product strategy and translate it into a well-structured, prioritized roadmap.

• Confidence in leading customer discussions, including discovery, feedback sessions, and escalations.

• Experience collaborating closely with engineering leads on delivery planning, technical trade-offs, and maintaining release quality.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management, aligning various teams and functions around shared priorities.

• Experience in coaching or mentoring junior product talent.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write product tickets, acceptance criteria, and roadmap documentation.

• Proficiency in utilizing data to support prioritization and decision-making.

• Interest in integrating AI into product development, internal workflows, and enhancing customer value.
