Senior Product Manager

📋 Description

• Develop the vision, strategy, and roadmap for a new product line from its initial concept to launch and scaling.

• Conduct customer discovery with merchants across various segments to confirm the problem, solution, and their willingness to pay.

• Outline the first version, establish launch criteria, and make necessary scope tradeoffs to deliver the product to merchants swiftly.

• Define and manage success metrics such as adoption, activation, retention, and revenue, and communicate these to leadership.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Revenue teams on product positioning, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies.

• Work alongside Customer Success, Support, and Onboarding teams to create merchant adoption and support processes.

• Utilize feedback from customer-facing teams to guide product iterations.

• Draft product requirements and collaborate with Engineering and Design throughout the discovery and launch phases.

• Assess how the new product line integrates with Alia's existing products and Dotdigital's platform.

• Contribute to defining product management processes at Alia, including planning, prioritization, and requirements gathering.

• Report directly to the Chief Customer Officer.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of product management experience in B2B eCommerce SaaS.

• Specific experience in ads, media buying, and the data/personalization sectors.

• Background as an early PM at a startup or launching a new product within an established organization.

• Proven experience in taking a new product from inception to launch, including discovery, initial version definition, and early growth.

• A solid record of delivering products that resulted in measurable adoption and revenue.

• Practical experience in pricing, packaging, or go-to-market strategies.

• Strong analytical abilities, including data extraction, metric definition, and constructing data-driven cases.

• Capability to make informed decisions with incomplete information and adapt quickly based on data insights.

• Competence in cross-functional collaboration and building trust with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams.

• Comfort in working without established processes and developing only as much structure as necessary.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
