This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.
• Establish a strategic roadmap of initiatives and products aimed at fostering growth and enhancing customer support.
• Collaborate with Pricing, Product, Data Science, and Technical teams to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Perform quantitative, qualitative, business, customer, and strategic research and analysis.
• Recognize, test/validate, develop, and execute marketplace growth initiatives.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion, including managing stakeholders and communicating results, insights, and recommendations.
• Create and sustain pricing intelligence to facilitate data-driven decision-making by senior leadership.
• Define project requirements, analyze metrics, and collaborate with engineering teams on development, testing, and launches.
• Test and validate the hypotheses behind suggested technology investments.
• Review and enhance existing technology investments.
• Balance trade-offs and assess ideas and opportunities with stakeholders.
• Navigate a complex, evolving product management landscape.
• Mentor Product Managers, influence organizational culture, introduce best practices, and impart knowledge to the team.
• Over 6 years of experience in product management, performing strategic quantitative and/or qualitative analyses to guide technology or operations investments/changes in a cross-functional enterprise setting.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience along with a high school diploma/GED.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketplace dynamics/mechanics in a product or data science role.
• A Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or Analytics/Data Science.
