This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee products tailored for customer usage while addressing moderately complex to intricate issues.
• Shape and provide guidance on high-value AI opportunities across CenterWell's Home Health, Primary Care, and Pharmacy divisions.
• Manage and advance CenterWell's collection of AI products.
• Promote consistency, strategic reuse, and comprehension across AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with AI Product Managers to identify synergies, minimize duplication, and enhance the value of AI investments.
• Discover opportunities for shared capabilities and strategic reuse among AI projects.
• Evaluate proposed AI investments for their value, scalability, duplication risk, and alignment with CenterWell's AI product strategy.
• Foster collaboration among executive partners on AI product initiatives.
• Refine business cases, value hypotheses, and success metrics to inform investment decisions.
• Develop portfolio-level perspectives of AI products, dependencies, roadmaps, and opportunities.
• Establish best practices, governance frameworks, and product structures.
• Communicate the portfolio strategy, product recommendations, and AI investment opportunities to senior leaders and partners.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives and enhance product solutions using performance data and feedback.
• Ensure solutions adhere to human-centered design principles, improving experiences for associates, patients, providers, and members.
• Track trends in AI, automation, and healthcare improvements to guide opportunity development.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Over 5 years of experience in product management or similar roles.
• Familiarity with AI/ML products and recent generative AI applications in healthcare.
• Proven experience collaborating with product, engineering, operations, and partners.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in using data to establish metrics, assess value, and inform decisions.
• Experience in process mapping and workflow analysis, including pinpointing inefficiencies and potential improvements.
• Ability to work during Eastern Time Zone hours.
• Background in AI products within healthcare settings, encompassing clinical workflows, pharmacy operations, or care delivery models.
• Experience in portfolio management, refining product roadmaps across multiple projects.
• Proven track record in defining and monitoring KPIs, leading indicators, and metrics for value realization.
• Proficient in using Figma, Miro, or Visio.
• Experience in Agile or test-and-learn environments.
• Access to home internet with a minimum download speed of 25 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
